Simplicity is paramount. If you are looking to buy a gift on the internet, the chances are you do not have much time, or immediate access to a range of specialist shops. You’d like therefore to make sure that the gift you’re buying is of the very best quality, that it is packaged beautifully, that it will arrive on
 time, that you can add a gift message and, if it is a last-minute purchase, that you have the option to select Next Day Guaranteed Delivery.
If you are new to the site and a few things have caught your eye, you might like to read a few frequently asked questions that some of our customers have had prior to buying about
our service: Q. What do you charge for delivery and how long will it take my order to be delivered once you have dispatched it?
A. Delivery to the UK is FREE. We use Royal Mail's First Class service, which means that your order should be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Delivery to Europe costs £6.00, while the Rest Of The World costs £12.00. You can expect delivery within 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 21 days as postal services differ from country to country.
If time is of the essence, you can select Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (UK only) in the Shipping Method section of our checkout. This is a flat rate £10.00 and will be guaranteed to arrive the following day, provided that the order is placed before 4pm London time.
Q. What does your standard packaging look like?
A. All products are wrapped in transparent black cellophane, secured with black stickers and are inserted into black cotton envelopes (pictured above). These are then slipped into unbranded white mailing bags, addressed and dispatched.
 Q. Do you have a gift-messaging and gift-wrapping service?
A. Yes. Both of these are available at the checkout. To add a gift message, simply click on 'Add Gift-Wrap' on the Cart Summary. This will take you to a page on which you can write a note that we will print onto card and then attach to the gift.
Gift-wrapping costs £10.00. This includes our standard Black packaging, comprising a black cotton envelope, which is then placed into a sleek and sturdy black gift box, tied with ivory and black gros-grain ribbon and placed inside an unbranded mailing box.
Q. What happens if the gift I chose does not fit the person I bought it for?
Included in the gift box will be a returns/exchange form. It will NOT state the price of the gift. If they would like to exchange the gift, they can do so by completing the form, noting what size they'd like in exchange. As with all orders, our exchange period is 30 days.
If on the other hand they would like to return the gift for another item, they can do so by completing the form and entering which item they would like in return. For items of lower value than that of the original order, we will credit your payment card with the difference. For items of higher value, it is easier simply to call us on +44(0)1342 715 505 to pay for the balance for the cost.
