Severe UK Snow Update:
While we continue to dispatch orders from our warehouse, we have been informed by Royal Mail of the following:
1. Distribution, processing and delivery services are being disrupted across the worst-affected areas. This may cause a delay in your order getting to you as quickly as it normally would.
2. Special Delivery (next day guaranteed) has been temporarily suspended. Therefore, we have temporarily removed this service from our site in order not to cause confusion or disappointment.
3. International Services will get a slight delay, given that Gatwick Airport has been closed temporarily.
Will be updating this report regularly. However, given that we are located within a good location logistically (just outside London), we envisage only slight one-or-two day delays with your orders.
