I'VE JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING BUT I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of purchase. If the item has already been dispatched, then we will issue a refund, provided that all items are returned new and unused and in their original packaging.
WHEN WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Our goal is that you are satisfied with the item or items that you have ordered. In order that it gets to you, please carefully verify your delivery details at the Checkout.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided. For items over £100, a signature is required. Therefore please make sure that there is someone to sign for your parcel. If there is not, you will be able to pick up your order from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office. HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE SENT MY ORDER?
N.B: If the FREE UK Delivery option is chosen in the 'Shipping Rates' section of the Checkout despite the delivery address entered existing outside the UK, Black will charge its customers the appropriate delivery charge. That is, for shipping addresses in Europe the charge will be £7 and for the wider world £13.

DO I NEED PROOF OF POSTAGE WHEN RETURNING MY ORDER?
You must obtain proof of postage. Without this, returning goods that get lost in the post cannot be refunded or exchanged. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
