ORDERING AND PAYMENT
To place an order on our website, you must be over 18 years old and lawfully capable of entering into and forming a valid contract in accordance with English Law.
We accept the following major payment cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Business, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Payment will be debited from your account once we dispatch your order.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear on your screen informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.
If your payment has been authorised, your order will be submitted and BrightByBlack.co.uk will send you an automated email as confirmation of order, followed by a second email to inform you when your item(s) has been dispatched. While we make every effort to ensure the reliable running of our automated email system, from time to time there may be a technical fault with the system and an automated email might fail to reach the email address you have provided. In this instance, we will manually generate a confirmation. If you are affected by such a technical fault and have not heard from us, please contact us on +44(0)1342 715 505.

We will not be able to accept your order if, for example:
1. The item ordered is out of stock
2. We have not obtained authorisation for your payment or we believe the order is fraudulent.
3. You do not meet the terms of eligibility as set out in the above section
We retain the right not to process a transaction at any time at our sole discretion for whatever reason.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the BrightByBlack.co.uk website, whether or not such items have been sold.
CLUB BRIGHT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Club Bright loyalty scheme is promoted and operated by Black Ltd, PO Box 655, East Grinstead, RH19 4UJ
2. Anyone who registers their details can join at the time of making their first purchase.
3. Once you have registered and made your first purchase you will be awarded points for that first purchase and all subsequent purchases.
4. If we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme we can take any action we consider appropriate, including withholding points previously credited to your account.
5. Points will be credited to your account at the time you buy products included in the scheme. There may be occasions when certain products are excluded from the scheme.
6. Black Ltd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the scheme at any time.
7. Black Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the scheme including the value of points. If any such change is made we will give notice of this change on our website.
8. You will receive points on qualifying purchases at the rate published from time to time on our website.
9. You will be awarded your points each time you make a purchase. These will be credited to your account and the number of points accumulated will be displayed when you sign-in to ‘My Account’.
10. You can spend your accumulated points when you make a purchase by using them as a discount against the published price of that purchase. Simply fill in the appropriate section when you check out. Points earned for that particular purchase will be valid for use against a future purchase. The points used will be deducted from the total number of points on your account.
11. If you return a product for any reason we will deduct from your account the points you collected when you bought that product.
12. If you return a product that was purchased with your In The Black points we will refund the actual price you paid, not the full published price. We will then credit your Account with the points you used for that purchase.
