Bright Sparks is a community of past customers, loyal customers and future customers of BrightByBlack.co.uk and Black.co.uk who advise and consult us on a whole range of issues spanning product range, pricing, value-for-money, buying, packaging, customer service, the navigability and aesthetic of the websites; in short - our business as it appears to you, the customer. We're on the lookout for new, web-savvy members who aren't afraid to dish out criticism.
How and When?
Members of Bright Sparks are sent a short, mainly multiple-choice questionnaire once a month written by BrightByBlack.co.uk's management. They may complete this in their own time, when it suits them, from the comfort of their own desktop. Once completed it is sent back to BrightByBlack.co.uk.
Why?
The purpose of this questionnaire may be either to find out what you think in broad terms of BrightByBlack.co.uk and its sister site Black.co.uk (the concept, the site, the brand, the products) or what you think of the specifics including design, graphics, individual products, events, pricing, service, photography. We will email you this questionnaire, which we expect to take a maximum of 20 mins to complete.
