What is a Ring Shawl? A Ring Shawl is so called because the cashmere from which it is made is so fine that a shawl can be threaded through a wedding ring. It is this unique fineness that allows the shawl to be worn through the seasons. Like cotton and silk, cashmere is a natural fibre and adapts to the body temperature of the wearer. Therefore, in the height of summer, it cools and in the dead of winter, it warms.
