Q. I need to get a gift but don't know where to start. Can you help?

Q. What do you charge for delivery and how long will it take my order to be delivered once you have dispatched it?
 

Delivery to the UK is FREE for orders £85+ and £4.95 for orders under that amount. We use Royal Mail's tracked 48hr & 24hr services, which means that your order should be delivered within 1-3 working days from dispatch.
 
Delivery to Europe costs £10, while the Rest Of The World costs £10. You can expect Europe delivery within 5-7 working days and International within 7-10 days.
 
EXPRESS DELIVERY UK - If time is of the essence, you can select Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (UK only) in the Shipping Method section of our checkout. This is a flat rate £7.50 and will be guaranteed to arrive the following day, provided that the order is  placed before 3pm London time and on the basis that Royal Mail does not for any reason withdraw this service.
EXPRESS DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL - We offer an express international delivery service via DHL for £18 which is a 2-3 day service
 

Q. What does your packaging look like?
 

Our standard packaging is a black and white houndstooth fabric pouch, tied with satin style bow. We have a range of different sizes into which our range of products fit. These are then inserted into an unbranded white mailing bag or mailing box.
 

Q. What does your gift-boxing look like?
 

First in tissue, then in a lovely fabric pouch, then into a gift box tied with ribbon for just £7.95. You can add a personal message. Your gifts will arrive looking beautiful and very special.

 

Q. Can I return or exchange gifts?
 

Yes. We have a 30-day returns period throughout the year. During our Christmas trading we extend this to 40 days to make it easier for customers to make exchanges or returns.

For International orders, to return an item(s) please fill in the returns form enclosed in your package. On the returns form is a label with the address of our returns department:

PO Box 655,
East Grinstead,
RH19 4UJ.

Attach this label to the mailing bag with the items you ordered inside (you can use the one in which we dispatched your original order).
