Q. What do you charge for delivery and how long will it take my order to be delivered once you have dispatched it?

Delivery to the UK is FREE. We use Royal Mail's First Class service, which means that your order should be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery to Europe costs £8.95, while the Rest Of The World costs £9.95. You can expect Europe delivery within 3-5 working days and International within 5-10 days, but please allow up to 21 days as postal services differ from country to country.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - If time is of the essence, you can select Next Day Guaranteed Delivery (UK only) in the Shipping Method section of our checkout. This is a flat rate £6.95 and will be guaranteed to arrive the following day, provided that the order is placed before 2pm London time and on the basis that Royal Mail does not for any reason withdraw this service.

Q. What does your packaging look like?

Our standard packaging is signature branded envelopes made from pure black cotton, tied with leather-look bow. We have a range of different sizes into which our range of products fit. These are then inserted into an unbranded white mailing bag or mailing box.

Q. What does your gift-boxing look like?

We use black or white gift boxes lined with tissue paper and tied with ivory or black gros grain ribbon respectively. Our black cotton envelopes are put into these.

Q. Can I return or exchange gifts?

How To Send the Item
  • Once you receive your tracked returns label, attach it to the outside of the original packaging and take it to your local Post Office or Royal Mail customer service point.

To return an item(s) please fill in the returns form enclosed in your package. On the returns form is a label with the address of our returns department:,

Attach this label to the mailing bag with the items you ordered inside (you can use the one in which we dispatched your original order).
