Exquisitely crafted this sublimely warm and soft pashmina cashmere shawl cleverly blends traditional artistry with contemporary design. Hand spun hand woven and hand embroidered, this beautiful piece showcases perfectly the skill of Kashmir artisans passed down from generation to generation. Navy and royal blue bands of rich colour are separated with bands of meticulous and delicate floral embroidery on a blue melange background.
Crafted with painstaking accuracy in tones of green, orange and white an all over sweeping floral design each stitch a labour of love. The embroidery has taken many months of dedicated concentration to complete and the result is a magnificent investment piece and a testament to Kashmiri heritage. Embroidered in one corner are the initials of the spinner the weaver and the embroiderer who made it.
