Each of our hand embroidered large pashmina cashmere shawls is unique; individually created with unparalleled skill, every stitch a labour of love. Hand spun, hand woven and hand embroidered this piece is a work of art. It showcases the artisan skills in Kashmir, passed down through generations since the Murghal Empire. Made dom the very finest pashmina cashmere yarn it is sublimely soft to the touch, deliciously warm yet light.
Meticulously and painstakingly embroidered with silk thread, the process takes months to complete. Each stitch is a testament to the dedication and skill of Kashmiri artisans.This dramatic design features a central ivory panel delicately embroidered in soft pastels and framed by black panels intricately embroidered in pastel lilac and green. The signatures of the artisans who made it are embroidered in one comer.
